If you want to personally take responsibility for working
the sale of your home and take on the
task of showing your
home to prospective buyers, select our FLAT Fee listing option below.
This fee is good
until your home is sold however, the only advertising
we will do will be to (list only) on MLS.
You will have to negotiate commissions independently if you allow other Agents to bring
propsective buyers
for the purchase of your home. If a Realtor
should contact you, you may negotiate a fee at that time.
